    Are you a static IP or VPN user?

  • Static: If your backup location has a fixed IP address (for example 195.158.100.90) which you have registered with Prisma, click on the "Static IP Users" above.
  • VPN: If you do not have a fixed IP, or you are not sure, click on the "VPN Users" button above.
