The DATASAFE™ user-friendly application for Windows enables you to easily configure and schedule your backups. Once the first setup is done, the application runs automatically in the background and backs up your valuable data.

With traditional backup methods, manual schedules are required, and personnel must be assigned to perform the daily backup routine. If the person assigned is unavailable, someone else must perform the task instead.
Manual backup systems are inadequate, weigh on human resources and very often result in backups being done on an irregular basis.

With DATASAFE, the human element is eliminated from your backup policy, and even if nobody remembers, your data is still backed up.

The folders where your valuable data resides are identified and grouped into different modules, each module containing related folders. Each module may have a separate schedule depending on the type of data. For example your documents could be backed up regularly every hour, whilst your accounts system or your database may be backed up every night. The system is totally flexible according to your requirements.

Scheduling backups is an easy task even for the non-technically inclined. The screenshot to the right shows the schedule window for a particular module, when you can set which times and which days that module should be automatically backed up:

Once a module schedule is saved, you need not think about it again.
