With DATASAFE™ your valuable data is transferred from your premises over
a secure, encrypted internet tunnel to dedicated DATASAFE™
SERVERS located in highly secure, state of the art data centres.
DATASAFE™ customers are provided with secure access to their data through
a web-interface. This means that their data is accessible 24/7 from anywhere
in the world. You can access your DATASAFE™ account by logging in
below.

If your location has a fixed IP address, you can register it as a trusted
IP with Prisma by contacting the DATASAFE™ Hotline (+356)
79-PRISMA, or sending a request. You can then
simply click on www.datasafe.com.mt
to view your files.

If you have a dynamic IP address, or an IP address that has not been
registered as a trusted IP with Prisma, you need to establish a secure
VPN connection to the DATASAFE™ servers in order to access
the web portal and see your backed up files. Contact the DATASAFE™ Hotline
(+356) 79-PRISMA, or send a request if you require
assistance in setting up the VPN connection.

to DATASAFE™

The standard DATASAFE™ Web Portal is limited to access
from known clients only.
If you are travelling or simply away from home or the office,
you can click on the button above and visit our Open Access Portal.
You will need to enter a special username and password when prompted.
You can obtain these by sending us a request,
or calling our 24Hr hotline 79-PRISMA (+356 7977 4762).
